Pre-state
- Doorbell.io has been integrated and user can press the feedback button.
Test Steps
Step 1 -> check if the feedback button is on the site
Step 2 -> press the button and see if it takes you to the feedback system
Step 3 -> check that the feedback is accessible for the admin user/developer
End-State
- The customer feedback system works and it can be released.
Determination of test result (Pass / Fail Criteria)
- PASS condition - The customer feedback works and all the steps above passed.
- FAIL CONDITION - If any of the above steps failed.
