Test description / objective
This test case should verify that a user has an opportunity to see a description of a chosen skill

Test pre-state * Application is up and running and skill view page is open.
Test steps
- Check that skills exist.
- Hover over a skill and see if a description pops up under the skillbox.
- Hover over all of the skills and confirm the description is right and it pops up.
- Drag a skill to any of the importance boxes and see if the description comes up over there also.
Test end-state
- Skill descriptions work and are ready to be released.
Test result (Pass/Fail Criteria)
- PASS condition = Every step above passes.
- FAIL condition = Any of the steps above fails.
